Choose the social issues: poor grades, addiction, poverty, crime, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, high school dropouts, teen pregnancy, suicide, incarceration, drug use, alcohol abuse, etc; all of these can be traced back to ONE common denominator, the LACK of Alpha Dads in their children’s lives!
Without Alpha Dads, the family is weakened, faith in God diminishes, society falls apart but when Alpha Dad’s are the spiritual leaders of their family, 90% of the family maintains their faith for a lifetime!
That is why this training program was developed, to take passive & mediocre dads and transform them into Alpha Dads!

What is an Alpha Dad? An Alpha Dad is a disciple of Jesus Christ and they love & lead their family; they show up every day “fit to fight” mentally, physically & spiritually living on-mission!
A little about me & why I started the Alpha Dad Army; my parents went through an acrimonious divorce when I was three, I don’t have one memory of my dad being in our home; as a consequence, I suffered from severe insecurities, fear of rejection, shyness, stuttering, social anxiety, lack of self-esteem & confidence. My deep inner pain pushed me to illegal drugs, alcohol, food & lust to find temporary relief; I experienced all of the negative side effects of not having an Alpha Dad in my life!
With no direction in life & rudderless, I had to make a radical decision to change the trajectory of my life; after graduating High School, I made the courageous decision to join the U.S. Army Military Police Corps! It was one of the best decisions of my life; surrounded by strong male role models, structure, physical fitness, teamwork & camaraderie, I thrived & my self-esteem soared!
While stationed in Panama, Central America my Military Police Patrol Partner shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with me and I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ & became a “Soldier for Christ!” I was “born again” in spirit, heart & mind; the hole in my heart that longed for a father was filled by my Heavenly Father!
Fast forward, I met my wife and we were going to have our first daughter, I was petrified, I had never witnessed my dad in action; I had no clue how to be a father! I was still learning how to be a husband, now a dad! I was lost, scared, what if I don’t have what it takes?
Like every man who misses out on having a good father, I had to decide if I was going to repeat the sins of my father or break the cycle, by Gods grace I decided to become a real man!
It’s been 16+ years since having our daughter; five years after having her to the day we had our boy & girl twins! Through trial & error, spiritual mentorship’s, voracious reading & research and most importantly guidance of the Holy Spirit and prayer I have broken the cycle and have become an Alpha Dad!
Now, my mission is to encourage you to become the spiritual leader & protector of your family through the Alpha Dad Army: 40 Day Basic Training program!
